| 目的 采用数据挖掘的方法分析王晖名老中医治疗肺癌的用药规律,总结归纳其治疗本病的辨证思路。方法 收集65例肺癌的病历资料,建立数据库,运用频数分析和关联规则分析的方法,对王晖名老中医治疗肺癌的用药规律进行数据挖掘。结果 王晖名老中医治疗肺癌使用频率最高的药物为麦冬、北沙参、猫爪草、山慈菇、地龙、浙贝、石见穿、鳖甲；常用药对为麦冬配伍天冬、山慈菇配伍猫爪草、僵蚕配伍蜂房、北沙参配伍南沙参、天龙配伍地龙等。结论 王晖名老中医治疗肺癌,核心为补虚,多以北沙参、麦冬等甘平之品,兼以清热解毒、化痰止咳、活血散结等。 |

| Objective Using data-mining and analysis methods to analyze the regularities of chinese herb use of Wang Hui and summarizing the chinese medical syndrome differentiation on treatment of lung cancers. Methods To establish a database of 65Scases with lung cancerS,Sby using the method ofSanalysis,Sfrequency analysisSand association rulesSto analyze the regularities of chinese herb use of Wang Hui. Results Ophiopogon japonicus,Radix Glehniae,Root of Catclaw Buttercup,SPseudobulb of Appendiculate Cremastra,Geosaurus,Bulb of Thunberg Fritillary ,Salvia chinensis, Benth Carapax AmydaeSare the the most frequently used chinese herbs for treatment of lung cancers by Wang Hui. Chinese herbs as Ophiopogon japonicus and Radix Asparagi,seudobulb of Appendiculate Cremastra and Root of Catclaw Buttercup,Bombyx Batryticatus and Nidus Vespae,Radix Glehniae and Upright Ladybell Root,Scolopendra and Geosaurus were commonly used to treat by Wang Hui.Conclusion Wang Hui ,the famous old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine mainly treat lung cancer by tonifying deficiency using of Radix Glehniae, Ophiopogon japonicus and so on and clearing heat and dissipating phlegm , Srelieving cough and asthma,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis etc. |
