| 目的：探讨耳穴压药联合中药口服对剖宫产后泌乳的影响。方法：271例剖宫产后的产妇随机分为对照组1(90例)、对照组2(88例),观察组93例,三组都予常规护理,对照组1予中药口服,对照组2予耳穴压药,观察组予耳穴压药联合中药口服。观察三组5天内纯母乳喂养率及乳房结块情况。结果：观察组纯母乳喂养率及乳房结块情况均优于两对照组。 |

| Objective: To investigate the effects of ear pressure drug combination oral medicine after cesarean lactation. Methods: 271 cases of women after cesarean section were randomly divided into a control group (90 cases) and control group 2 (88 cases), the observation group 93 cases, three groups were treated with conventional care, oral medicine to control a control group 2 I ear pressure drugs, the observation group I ear pressure drug combination oral medicine. Exclusive breastfeeding rates observed three groups of five days and breast lumps situation.
