| 目的：观察加味五花解郁汤治疗女性肝气郁结型黄褐斑的疗效。方法：将130 例女性肝气郁结型黄褐斑患者随机分成两组：治疗组90 例,给予加味五花解郁汤煎服,同时给予口服维生素E胶丸、维生素C片；对照组40例,单给予口服相同剂量的维生素E胶丸、维生素C片。治疗前后观察并检测两组患者治疗前后皮损颜色、皮损面积、黑色素含量(MCI)。结果：治疗组的有效率为77.78%,显著高于对照组20.00%(P<0.05)。治疗组皮损处,治疗后MCI显著低于治疗前(P＜0.05),对照组皮损处,治疗前后MCI相比,差异不明显(P＞0.05)。结论：加味五花解郁汤治疗女性肝气郁结型黄褐斑患者具有明显的临床疗效。 |

| Objective: To observe the effect of Modified Wuhua Jieyu Decoction on treating the syndrome of liver qi stagnation in female patients with melasma. Methods:130 cases of the syndrome of liver qi stagnation in female patients with melasma were randomly divided into two groups: 90 cases in the treatment group were treated with Modified Wuhua Jieyu Decoction together with oral vitamin E capsules and vitamin C tablets, while 40 cases in the control group only treated with the same dose of vitamin E capsules and vitamin C tablets. Before and after treatment, the lesions color, area and melanin content index(MCI) were observed and tested. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 77.78% and 20.00% respectively, the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group( P＜0.05). After treatment, MCI of the treatment group lesions was significantly decreased compared with that before treatment(P＜0.05).However, there was no significant difference of MCI of the control group before and after treatment( P＞0.05). Conclusions: Modified Wuhua Jieyu Decoction has significant clinical efficacy on treating the syndrome of liver qi stagnation in female patients with melasma. |
