| 目的 探讨舒肝解郁胶囊治疗青少年抑郁的疗效及安全性。方法符合《国际疾病与相关健康问题统计分类第10版》(ICD-10)诊断标准的青少年抑郁患者83例随机分为舒肝解郁胶囊组(n=42)例,舍曲林组(n=41)例,并分别给予疏肝解郁与舍曲林治疗8周,入组前及治疗后1、2、4、6、8周末分别采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项(HAMD-17)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、副反应量表(TESS)评定。结果 舒肝解郁组治愈率59.5%,有效率81%,舍曲林组治愈率61%,有效率82.9%,两组疗效无显著差异(P>0.05)；两组治疗后HAMD-17、HAMA分数均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),两组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后1、2、4、6、8周末舒肝解郁胶囊组TESS副反应量表分数明显低于舍曲林组,两组间比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 舒肝解郁胶囊治疗青少年抑郁症疗效与舍曲林相当,治疗不良反应少于舍曲林。 |

| Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Shuganjieyu capsule on the treatment of Adolescent Depression. METHODS 83 patients who met the ICD-10 criteria for Adolescent Depression were divided into Shuganjieyu capsule group(n=42) and sertraline group(n=41) randomly.The trial lasted 8 weeks. All the subjects were evaluated by Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD-17),Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety(HAMA)and TESS at the baseline and the end of week 1, 2, 4, 6, 8,respectively. RESULTS The remission rate and total effective rate was 59.5% and 81% in Shuganjieyu capsule group,61% and 82.9% in sertraline group,respectively．There was no statistic significance in the efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of HAMD-17 and HAMA of the two groups had significantly decreased since the end of week 1 till the end of trial(P<0.05).while the scores of HAMD-17 and HAMA between the two groups had no statistic significance before and after the treatment(P>0.05)．The TESS scores of Shuganjieyu capsule group were lower than sertraline group from the end of week1 to week8.There are statistically significant.CONCLUSIONS There was the similar efficacy on Shuganjieyu capsule and sertraline treat Adolescent Depression. Side effects were less than sertraline. |
