| 【摘要】目的 比较自动痔疮套扎术（RPH）与Milligan-Morgan(MM)术治疗轻中度痔
的远期疗效。方法 2009年3月至2010年6月间，按照完全随机分组原则将200例轻中度痔患者分别采用RPH（104例）和MM术（96例），术后随访三年，观察并比较两组患者术后的远期疗效差异。结果 RPH和MM术均明显缓解了便血(95.6％比92.7％)、疼痛(93.1％比94.3％)、脱垂(93.4％比93.1％)等症状，但RPH组缓解率更高，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后总体并发症发生率(14.3％比12.7％)、复发率(12.1％比8.8％)及满意度(85.1 VS 88.2)比较，差异有统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论 RPH与Milligan-Morgan术治疗轻中度痔远期疗效相当，但RPH简单、安全、并发症少、对排便功能影响小，值得临床应用。 |

| Comparison of long-term efficacy between Ruiyun Procedure for Hemorrhoids and Milligan-Morgan operation in treatment of mild and moderate degree hemorrhoids

[Abstract] Objective To compare the long-term results of Ruiyun Procedure for Hemorrhoids (RPH) and Milligan-Morgan(MM) hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of mild and moderate degree hemorrhoids.Methods From March 2009 to June 2010, 200 patients with mild and moderate degree hemorrhoids were randomized divided into 2 groups and received RPH (n=100) and MMH (n=100) respectively.After three years follow-up,the efficacy,complications and recurrence rate between two groups were compared.Results RPH and MMH both significantly relieved bleeding(98.8% VS 91.0%),pain (93.1%VS 94.3%) and prolapse (98.8%VS 92.3%).The remission rates in RPH group were superior to the MMH group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the recurrence rates(4.0% VS 9.0%) between two groups（P>0.05）. However,the satisfactory degree in RPH group were significant higher than MMH group (93.3% VS 82.6%, P<0.05).Conclusion The long-term outcomes of RPH in the treatment of mild and moderate degree hemorrhoids were superior to MMH. Furthermore,RPH is simple, safe,minimally invasive,and worthy of clinical application. |
