| 目的 对比骨水平种植体和软组织水平种植体在后牙区植入后的早期边缘骨吸收,并分析各分组要素对边缘骨吸收的影响。方法 后牙区植入种植体105枚,术后即刻、术后三个月负载前分别进行全景片检查,测量种植体边缘骨高度,计算边缘骨吸收量。采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果 软组织水平种植体在后牙区近中、远中的边缘骨吸收量分别为(0.594±1.104)mm、(0.298±1.032)mm,骨水平种植体在后牙区近中、远中的边缘骨吸收量分别为(0.889±1.500)mm、(0.603±1.068)mm,两种种植体早期边缘骨吸收无显著性差异(P>0.05)。不同愈合方式之间,不同形态的骨水平种植体之间,早期边缘骨吸收有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 在后牙区,软组织水平种植体负载前边缘骨吸收量与骨水平种植体相近,可以作为后牙区种植的常规选择。非埋入式愈合的患者、使用根形种植体的患者易引起较多的早期边缘骨吸收。 |

| Objective：To compare the differences of early marginal bone loss after implant installation in the posterior region between bone level implants and tissue level implants, and to analyze the possible influence factors on peri-implant bone resorption.
Material and Methods: One-hundred and five implants were placed in patients’ posterior region. Peri-implant marginal bone loss was measured on oral panoramic radiographs (OPGs) taken immediately after implant placement and three months later. SPSS 13.0 was used for statistic analysis.
Results: Early marginal bone loss around tissue level implants at mesial and distal sites were 0.594?1.104mm and 0.298?1.032mm on average, showing no significant differences with bone level implants (mesial: 0.889?1.500mm, distal: 0.603?1.068mm). Significant differences were found between implant healing patterns (submerged and non-submerged) and implant shape (tapered and cylinder-shaped).
Conclusion: Tissue level implants could be used in posterior region since their limited marginal bone loss as same as bone level implants. It should be cautious to use non-submerged healing pattern and tapered implants in patients with posterior edentulism. |
