| 苦参碱类生物碱来源于苦参等豆科植物,主要包括苦参碱、氧化苦参碱、槐定碱、槐果碱等,它们大多数为喹诺里西啶类,具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒及心血管方面的作用。目前临床所采用的传统制剂存在药物半衰期短,生物利用度低,不良反应多等问题,影响临床治疗效果。本文综述了近年来苦参碱类药物新型给药系统的研究进展,对当前研究中存在的问题进行了讨论,并对今后发展前景进行了展望,以期为未来新型苦参碱类药物给药系统的开发及应用提供参考。 |

| Matrine is an alkaloid isolated from leguminous plants, mainly including matrine, oxymatrine and sophoridine, sophocarpine and so on, which have the effect of antitumor, antiviral and other pharmacological effects. Due to the short half-life of traditional oral Matrine preparations, more adverse reactions were caused when they used in clinical. In order to improve the treatment effect of Matrine , reduce its adverse reactions, new drug delivery systems of Matrin are explored by domestic and foreign scholars. This paper reviews the research progress of new drug delivery system of matrine in recent years, discusses the existed problems in current research, and prospects the future development of Matrine new drug delivery system, so as to provide references for its exploitation and application in clinical. |
