| 目的：研究薏苡仁酯对胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)小鼠体内Thl7细胞及其细胞因子白细胞介素-17(IL-17A)的作用。方法：测定造模对照组(经生理盐水治疗后CIA小鼠)、薏苡仁酯组(经薏苡仁酯注射液治疗后CIA小鼠)小鼠脾脏Th17细胞及血清中IL-17的变化。应用流式细胞术(FCM)分析小鼠脾脏中Thl7细胞的比例,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测小鼠血清中IL-17A的含量。结果：经薏苡仁酯注射液治疗后,薏苡仁酯组CIA小鼠脾脏中Th17细胞的比例较造模对照组显著降低(P<0.05),小鼠血清中IL-17A的含量也明显低于造模对照组(P<0.05)。结论：薏苡仁酯对CIA小鼠Thl7细胞的分化作用。 |

| Objective： The role of research about the semen coicis ester of collagen induced arthritis (CIA) mice Thl7 cells and cytokine interleukin - 17 (IL - 17 a). Method： Determination of the control group of build module (CIA mice after treatment with physiological saline) and the semen coicis ester group (CIA mice after treatment with semen coicis acetate injection) for the change of spleen Th17 cells in mice and serum IL – 17. Application of flow cytometry (FCM) analysis the proportion of Thl7 cells in mice spleen, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect the content of serum IL - 17 a mice. Result：After treatment with semen coicis acetate injection, CIA mice spleen Th17 cells in the proportion of the semen coicis ester group Compared with the the building control group decreased significantly (P < 0.05), the content of mice serum IL - 17 a is significantly lower than the control group of build module (P < 0.05).
