| 目的 观察静脉补充L-丙氨酰-L-谷胺酰胺 (L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine)对宫颈癌术后行盆腔体外放疗引起急性放射性肠炎( acute radiation enteritis, ARE )的保护作用。 方法 70例Ib-IIb期宫颈癌术后患者随机分成2组,均采用适型调强放射治疗,DT5000cGy/25F。治疗组采取放疗开始就静脉补充等渗葡萄糖 L-Ala-L-Gln注射液(力肽),每周5天,对照组采取放疗开始就静脉补充等渗葡萄糖,每周5天；依据RTOG 标准将放疗过程中出现的急性肠损伤进行分级。 结果 治疗组急性放射性肠炎总发病率和1级以上放射性肠炎发病率分别为27.0%和5.4% ,明显低于对照组的57.6%和24.2%；治疗组放射性肠炎的发病时间明显晚于对照组 (P< 0.05)。 结论 宫颈癌术后盆腔体外放疗开始后静脉补充L-Ala-L-Gln对放疗引起的急性放射性肠炎有保护作用,在临床上值得推广。 |

| Objective: To observe intravenous supplement L - propylene ammonia acyl - L - glutamic acid (L Alanyl - L - Glutamine) on protective effect of acute radiation enteritis which caused by postoperative pelvic radiotherapy in vitro for cervical cancer . Methods 70 cases of Ib - stage-- IIb cervical cancer postoperative patients adopt suitable intensity-modulated radiotherapy, DT5000cGy / 25 f, were randomly divided into 2 groups. Treatment group received intravenous supplement isotonic glucose L - Ala - L - Gln injection (peptide) 5 days a week, at the start of radiotherapy , control group received intravenous supplement isotonic glucose five days a week; intestinal injury was graded According to radiotherapy RTOG standard . Results acute radioactive enteritis overall incidence and the incidence of more than one level radioactive enteritis were 27.0% and 5.4% in the treatment group ,significantly lower compare to the control group 57.6% and 24.2%; the onset time of Radiation enteritis in treatment group was significantly later than in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion intravenous supplement L-Ala-L-Gln at the beginning of postoperative pelvic radiotherapy in vitro for cervical cancer,has a protective effect on radiotherapy-induced acute radiation enteritis , worthy of promotion in clinical |
