| 【】目的：对海绵窦综合征进行临床分析,为临床诊治工作提供指导。方法：结合所见病例,检索复习国内外相关文献,分析海绵窦综合征的各方面的情况,并结合本科特点进行相关分析。结论：海绵窦综合征是以痛性眼肌麻痹表现为主,海绵窦区受累影响其邻近多根(组)颅神经的临床症候群。其解剖结构复杂且有特征性,故病因多样化,临床表现特点化,根据其临床表现及辅助检查,尤其是影像学检查,可较明确诊断。由于其临床表现常可能是原发疾病的的首发且唯一症状,因此在临床诊治过程中,容易误诊,漏诊。在口腔颌面外科的临床工作中,需结合自身特点,掌握原则。 |

| One case report and analysis of cavernous sinus syndrome 【】Objective：The aim of this study is to analysis the clinical significance of cavernous sinus syndrome(CSS).Methods：Combining the repesentative case of cavernous sinus syndrome(CSS) , search former literaturesand analyze this disease．Conclusions：Cavernous sinus syndrome with painful ophthalmoplegia as the most often manifest was caused by cavernous violations for various reasons, effect the cranial nerves near. The anatomy of cavernous sinus is complex and characteristic, so it can caused by many reasons, and clinical manifestations are characteristic too. We can diagnosis by its clinical manifestation and auxiliary examination, especially the imaging. Sometimes the clinical manifestation is the only manifestation of the primary disease, so it is easily misdiagnosis or missed .During the work of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,we should know the principles. |
