| 目的：探讨超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾出血性疾病的临床应用价值。方法：2007年4月至2012年1月,使用超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾出血性疾病 27例。其中,先天性肾血管畸形4例,先天性肾动脉瘤3例,肾外伤14例,肾实质切开取石术后1例,经皮肾镜取石术后2例,肾错构瘤破裂出血3例。栓塞材料是明胶海绵和金属弹簧圈。结果：26例一次栓塞治疗后出血停止,1例肾外伤出血,二次栓塞治疗后出血停止。出现并发症3例,其中血肌酐轻度增高1例,高血压1例,肾萎缩1例。结论：超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾出血性疾病安全有效。 |

| 【】Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of the surper-selective renal artery embolization in treatment of renal hemorrhagic disease. Methods: From April 2007 to January 2012, 27 patients with renal hemorrhage were treated by surper-selective renal artery embolization, including 4 cases of congenital renal vascular malformation, 3 cases of congenital renal artery aneurysms ,14 cases of renal trauma bleeding, 1 case of after nephrolithotomy, 2 cases of postpercutaneous nephrolithotomy ,3 cases of renal angiomyolipoma with spontaneous rupture. Embolism materials are gelatin sponge and steel coil. Result: 26 cases were cured by once surper-seletive renal artery embolization ,1 patient bleeding again after surper-seletive renal artery embolization was cured by second surper-seletive renal artery embolization.The complications occurred 3 cases,including blood crentinine increased slightly in 2 cases,increased blood pressure in 1 case,renal atrophy in 1 case. Conclusion: The surperselective renal artery embolizatin in treatment of renal hemorrhagic disease is safe and effective. |
