| ［目的］探讨中药热奄包对腰椎间盘突出症病人康复的影响。[方法］2012年1月至2013年9月在我院门诊和住院的行保守治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者120例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,其中对照组60例,男38例,女22例,平均年龄40.62岁,采用传统保守治疗及护理配合康复训练治疗；治疗组60例,男36例,女24例,平均年龄41.72岁,采用在对照组的治疗方案上配合中药热奄包治疗；两组均以8周为1疗程,观察两组的总有效率、疼痛改善情况及腰腿部活动功能,并进行比较。[结果］两组患者在干预前的疼痛、直腿抬高程度、腰部活动度相互比较,差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05)；在治疗8周后,治疗组的总有效率为93.3%,对照组为78.33%,,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)；两组患者的疼痛、直腿抬高程度、腰部活动度较干预前均明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中治疗组的疼痛、直腿抬高程度、腰部活动度改善程度均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论］腰椎间盘突出症患者在康复过程中加用中药热奄包,可以减轻疼痛,改善腰腿部活动功能,提高治疗的有效率,促进病人康复。 |

| [Objective] Using traditional Chinese medicine heat package to study the rehabilitation effect on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion patient.[Methods] 120 lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion patients with conservative treatment from January 2012 to September 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group had 60 cases, including 38 males and 22 females, average age of 40.62 years, they were treated by traditional routine conservative treatment, nursing method and rehabilitation training; the treatment group had 60 cases, including 36 males and 24females, average age of 41.72 years, they were treated by Chinese medicine hot package on the basis of the control group treatment. The two groups were 8 weeks as a course of treatment. The total effective rate, pain improvement and waist and leg activities of the two groups were compared. [Result] The differences of the two groups with the pain, the degree of straight leg raising and waist activity were not statistically significant before treatment(P> 0.05); After 8 weeks, total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, the control group was 78.33%, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05), two groups of patient’s pain, straight leg raising degree and waist activity were significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), and the treatment group better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion patient using traditional Chinese medicine heat package can relieve pain, improve the function of waist and leg activities, improve the effectiveness of treatment, and also promote patient’s recover. |
