| 目的：研究骨盆调整手法配合常规推拿手法对腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗效果。方法: 将84例腰椎间盘突出症患者，随机分为骨盆调整手法加常规推拿手法组(治疗组)与常规推拿手法组(对照组)，以症状、体征为观察指标，评价各组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗组与对照组治疗后VAS疼痛视觉评分、JOA评分均有改善（P＜0.01），治疗组明显优于对照组（P＜0.01）；治疗组治愈率61.90%，对照组治愈率为38.10%，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：骨盆调整手法配合常规推拿手法具有治愈率高的特点，有利于腰椎间盘突出症患者的症状恢复。 |

| Objective:To study the effect of adjusting techniques of the pelvis, conventional massage on lumbar intervertebral disc hermiation(LIDH). Methods: 84 cases of LIDH were randomly divided into treatment group (treated with adjusting techniques of the pelvis, conventional massage) and control group (treated with conventional massage). Signs and symptoms were observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results: In two groups after treatment，the VAS and JOA were markedly improved (P＜0.01).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P＜0.01)．The total cure rate in treatment group was 61.90%, The total effective rate in control group was 38.10%, The total cure rate of the treated group was better than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion: Adjusting techniques of the pelvis associate with conventionalmassage are helpful to LIDH with the advantage of quick acting and high cure rate. |
