| 目的：探讨回神醒脑汤对治疗脑外伤后认知功能障碍的临床疗效和药用价值。方法：将符合纳入研究标准的70例脑外伤患者随机分为两组(治疗组与对照组)。两组患者均予神经外科常规治疗，治疗组除常规治疗外，加用口服回神醒脑汤。两组患者分别于用药前、用药1个月后和随访半年后进行简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE量表)和计算机辅助认知测定系统进行评分。结果：治疗后，治疗组患者的认知功能明显优于对照组(P<0.01)；通过两组患者治疗前后评分的差值比较，治疗组患者认知功能的改善情况较对照组患者良好(P<0.01)。随访半年后，治疗组患者的认知功能改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：回神醒脑汤对于治疗脑外伤后认知功能障碍有较为显著的疗效，可较大幅度的改善脑外伤患者的认知功能，在脑外伤后认知功能障碍的治疗中有较大的应用价值。 |

| Objective：To discuss the clinical efficacy of HuishenxingnaoTang in the treatments of patients with cognitive impairment after traumatic brain injury and the medicinal value. Method：70 patients with traumatic brain injury patients met the inclusion study criteria were randomly divided into two groups(treatment and control groups). All the patients were treated with neurosurgery conventional treatments. And the treatment group in addition to conventional therapy, plused with HuishenxingnaoTang treatment. The cognitive function of the two groups were evaluated with Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) and the computer-assisted cognitive assessment system before the treatments, after one-month treatments and after six months" followed up respectively. Result：The cognitive function of the treatment group was better than the control group after the treatments(P<0.01). The improvement of the cognitive function of the treatment group was superior to the control group by contrasting the difference in the before and after treatments(P<0.01). The cognitive function of the treatment group was better than the control group after six-months"s following-up(P<0.01). Conclusion：It is significant efficient that Ginkgo biloba extract be used in the treatments of patients with cognitive impairment after traumatic brain injury.It can greatly improve the cognitive function of patients with traumatic brain injury and has a larger value in the treatment of the cognitive impairment after traumatic brain injury. |
