| 大量研究证实肺炎支原体感染患儿可出现血清细胞因子表达水平的变化，许多细胞因子直接或间接地参与了肺炎支原体肺炎病理生理过程。临床上可以通过监测多种细胞因子变化， 有助于明确诊断肺炎支原体肺炎、判断感染轻重及预测疾病预后，亦可为难治性肺炎支原体肺炎治疗提供新的思路。 |

| Studies have shown that the changes of serum levels of cytokines in children wih mycoplasma pneumonia infection , Many cytokines directly or indirectly involved in the pathogenesis of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia . Through clinical monitoring of a variety of cytokines by the changes of concentration, it can not only confirm the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, estimate the severity of infection, predict the prognosis of disease , but also provide ideas of the treatment of Refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. |
