      目的 通过对柴黄片血清药物化学研究方法的建立,探讨柴黄片口服吸收后的入血成分。方法 采用血清药物化学研究方法,在建立柴黄片超高效液相(UPLC)特征图谱的基础上,通过比较柴黄片原药、柴胡给药后含药血清、黄芩给药后含药血清、柴黄片给药后含药血清、空白血清UPLC特征图谱,鉴定柴黄片口服给药后的血中移行成分。结果 口服柴黄片后,从血清中发现了20个入血成分,其中6个为柴黄片中原型吸收入血的成分,其余入血成分可能为原型成分的代谢产物。结论 20个入血成分可能是柴黄片的体内直接作用物质,对其进行深入研究将有助于为柴黄片的药效物质基础及药效机制奠定基础。
英文摘要:
      ABSTRACT Objective : To explore the bioactive constituents of Chai Huang tablet.determined with its serum pharmacochemistry research method.Methods UPLC fingerprints of the Chai Huang tablet were established and serum of rats after oral administration of Chai Huang tablet was identified with serum pharmacochemistry method. The blood migrating constituents of Chai Huang tablet were determined by comparing the UPLC fingerprints of Chai Huang tablet 、Blank sera and drug contained sera.Results 20 compounds absorbed into blood were detected, The 6 among which were original constituents of the Chai Huang tablet and the rest might be metabolites of the original ones.Conclusion The 20 constituents absorbed in blood might be the bioactive components of Chai Huang tablet,Further studies on which would be useful to clarify the bioactive constituents and mechanisms of action of Chai Huang tablet
