| 目的 观察应用浅刺法治疗面瘫急性期的临床疗效。方法 将116例患者随机分成两组,治疗组和对照组各58例,两组在急性期均用药无治疗,治疗组在药物治疗基础之上加用浅刺法针刺治疗,急性期后则用常规针刺治疗；对照组急性期仅用西药,至急性期之后开始针灸治疗,穴位、方法同治疗组。结果 治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,且两组病程比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05) 。结论 面瘫急性期可进行浅刺法治疗可以提高疗效。 |

| To observe the clinical efficacy of application of shallow needling method for treatment of acute facial paralysis.Methods: 116 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group with 58 cases in each group, two groups in the acute stage were drug free treatment, drug therapy in the treatment group foundation with shallow needling, after acute period with conventional acupuncture treatment; the control group only with western medicine in acute stage, to the acute period after to acupuncture, acupoints, methods and treatment group.Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was better than the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups were (P<0.05).Conclusion: Facial paralysis at acute stage of shallow needling therapy can improve the curative effect. |
