| 目的 探讨经尿道输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石的临床疗效及手术技巧。方法 回顾性分析2011年3月~2014年3月应用经尿道输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石120例的临床资料。结果 一次碎石成功率98.3%(118/120),1例因输尿管撕脱伤中转开放手术。1例因输尿管狭窄改为开放手术。手术时间25min~70min,平均40min。术后住院时间2d~7d,平均3.5d；116例获随访2~6个月,平均4.6个月,均未发现结石复发及输尿管狭窄等并发症。结论 输尿管镜钬激光碎石安全、高效、创伤小、恢复快,可能是目前治疗输尿管中下段结石首选的治疗方法。熟练掌握输尿管硬镜钬激光手术技巧是手术成功的前提。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and surgery skills of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for treatment of middle-lower ureteral calculi. Methods The clinical data of 120 cases of ureteral calculi treated via ureteroscope with holmium laser lithotripsy from march 2011 to march 2014 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results The overall successful rate of lithotripsy in a single procedure was 98.3%(118/120),one case was converted to open surgery becausing of ureteral perforation.one case was converted to open surgery becausing of ureteral stricture.Operation duration ranged from 25 to 70 minutes,mean time was 40 minutes. Postoperative hospital stay ranged from 2 to 7 days,mean time was 3.5 days. A total of 116 patients were followed up for 2-6months,(mean,4.6months),and no complications such as ureteral stricture and calculi recurrence were found. Conclusions Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is a safe,highly effective,minimally invasive and quickly recuperative therapy.It may be indicated as the first choice of treatment for patients with the middle-lower ureteral calculi.Mastering the surgerySskills of ureteroscopic holmium laserSwas theSpremise of successful operation. |
