| 目的： 观察中药汤剂麻杏石甘汤合千金苇茎汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期的临床疗效。方法：将50例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期患者采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上加服中药汤剂麻杏石甘汤合千金苇茎汤(麻黄、杏仁、石膏、甘草、芦根、桃仁、薏苡仁、冬瓜仁) ,1天1剂。两组均以1 0天为1个疗程,共治疗1个疗程。结果：治疗组与对照组经过治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、哮鸣音等单项证候相比较,治疗组改善明显,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)；从证候积分综合评价治疗组与对照组疗效,治疗组的总有效率为92％,对照组的总有效率为76％,两组对比,差别有统计学意义( P< 0.05 )。结论：中药汤剂麻杏石甘汤合千金苇茎汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期有较好的临床疗效。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective Observed decoction Ma Xing Shi Gan soup combined Qian Jin Wei Jing soup clinical efficacy in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease acute phase of treatment. Methods 50 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 25 cases. The control group received conventional western medicine,In the conventional treatment group on the basis of western medicine plus Ma Xing Shi Gan soup combined Qian Jin Wei Jing soup(Ephedra、Almonds、Plaster、Licorice、Phragmites、Walnuts、Yiyiren、Melon sub) and a daily dose. Two group are 10 days for a course. Results The treatment group and the control group after treatment of cough, sputum, wheezing and so individual syndromes compared to the treatment group improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); Comprehensive Evaluation of symptom scores from the treatment group and the control group effect, the total effective rate of treatment group was 92%, the total effective rate of the control group 76%, comparing the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Decoction Ma Xing Shi Gan soup combined Qian Jin Wei Jing soup treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease have better clinical efficacy of. |
