| 【】 目的 探讨在川崎病(KD)患儿中,铁调素对血红蛋白的影响及血红蛋白降低与川崎病丙种球蛋白(IVIG)治疗无反应的关系。方法 2011年1月2013年10月期间住院的川崎病患儿53例,期中15例对IVIG治疗不敏感。年龄匹配非KD的发热对照组患儿30例。采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测KD患儿与对照组血清铁调素的水平,同时检测血红蛋白水平。结果 KD患儿铁调素水平明显高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而血红蛋白水平,明显低于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IVIG无反应组IVIG治疗前后血红蛋白水平均低于IVIG敏感组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)；铁调素则高于IVIG敏感组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 IVIG治疗前铁调素水平与IVIG治疗前后血红蛋白含量变化存在正相关(P<0.05)。结论 铁调素可能参与KD患儿血红蛋白降低过程,铁调素的升高和血红蛋白降低可能与KD患儿IVIG抵抗相关。 |

| Abstract：Objectives To explore effect of hepcidin on Hemoglobin in children with Kawasaki disease.The relationship between anemia and non-response to IVIG in Kawasaki disease.
Methods fifty-three patients ,among them 15 patients was non-response to IVIG.And thirty age matched non-KD febrile patients were enrolled .According to response or non-response to IVIG，divide the Kawasaki patients into two groups. The level of hepcidin was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The Hemoglobin was also detected.Results the level of hepcidin was significantly higher than that in non-KD febrile patients(P<0.05).The level of Hemoglobin was lower in Kawasaki disease than that in controls(P<0.05).In children with Kawasaki disease who did not respond to IVIG，the hepcidin was higher than that in response group before and after IVIG treatment (P<0.05).Thus,the the level of Hemoglobin were lower than that in response group both of acute and recovery phase(P<0.05).The level of hepcidin before IVIG treatment was positively correlated with the changes of Hemoglobin after IVIG treatment .Conclusions The hepcidin may be associated with anemia in Kawasaki disease.The anemia may be tone of he risk of non-response to IVIG. |
