| 目的 比较腹壁切口疝开放式腹腔内修补术与腹膜前修补术的临床疗效。方法 回顾分析我院2004年1月至2011年12月腹壁切口疝采用开放式腹腔内修补术与腹膜前修补术治疗的56例患者的临床资料。按手术方式分为腹腔内修补组(32例)和腹膜前修补组(24例)，对两组手术的时间、出血量、术后并发症、术后疼痛、住院时间、住院费用等进行对比分析。结果 手术时间、出血量、切口积液发生率腹腔内修补组较少；住院时间两组无明显差异；腹腔内修补组术后疼痛程度及持续时间和住院费用均大于腹膜前修补组；两组均无肠漏、再手术取出补片等情况出现。术后随访12-96个月，平均42个月，两组均无复发病例。结论 开放式腹腔内修补术与腹膜前修补术治疗腹壁切口疝的最终治疗效果相同，但在手术时间及出血量、术后疼痛、切口积液和住院费用方面存在差异。 |

| 【】 Objective To compare the clinical effect of open preperitoneal mesh repair and in peritoneal cavity mesh repair of abdominal incisional hernia. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases was retrospectively analyzed, which underwent open preperitoneal mesh repair and in peritoneal cavity mesh repair of abdominal incisional hernia from Jan.2004 to Dec.2011. The patients were divided into 2 groups: open preperitoneal mesh repair group and open in peritoneal cavity mesh repair group.Data compared included: operation time、volume of bleeding、complications、pain、the day of hospital stay and the cost of patients. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the day of hospital stay 、severe complications and ratio of recurrence. But there was less operation time and volume of bleeding in the peritoneal cavity mesh repair group .while less postoperition pain and the cost in the preperitoneal mesh repair group . Conclusions There is the same clinical effect of open preperitoneal mesh repair and in peritoneal cavity mesh repair of abdominal incisional hernia .But it is different in operation time 、 volume of bleeding、postoperition pain and the cost between the 2 groups. |
