| 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗阑尾脓肿的疗效。方法：72例患者随机分为两组,对照组36例,应用第三代头孢类抗生素加甲硝唑针剂联合用药；治疗组36例,在西药基础上加用大黄牡丹汤加减。对两组患者治疗后临床疗效的总有效率、腹痛消退、脓肿消退时间及住院时间进行比较。结果：治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,腹痛消退、脓肿消退时间及住院时间明显少于对照组。结论：中西医结合方法治疗阑尾脓肿,内外兼治,能促进脓肿吸收,缩短病程,有显著疗效。 |

| Aim：To study the effectiveness of traditional medicine and western medicine combination therapy on appendix abscess.Methods:72 patients were enrolled, then divided into treatment group and control group.36 patients of control group were treated with third generation cephalosporin plus methonidazole;36 patients of treatment group were treated with the same antibiotics plus modified Da huang mu dan decoction. Results: Treatment group was more effective than control group, including accelerated abdominal pain relief, accelerated abscess subsidise, less hospital duration. Conclusions: Traditional medicine and western medicine combination therapy on appendix abscess was more effective, and could accelerate abscess subsidise, shorten disease course. |
