| 【摘要】目的 研究耳穴贴压法对抗结核药物使用2周内所致胃肠道反应的预防作用 方法 372例住院结核病患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用传统的治疗方法，即直接使用抗结核药物治疗。观察组在抗结核药物治疗开始前一日开始耳穴贴压治疗。比较两组胃肠道反应发生的概率,以及胃肠道反应的严重程度。结果 观察组轻微胃肠道反应和严重胃肠道反应发生率分别为11.17%和4.79%；对照组轻微胃肠道反应和严重胃肠道反应发生率分别为22.83%和13.04%。与对照组比较，观察组轻微胃肠道反应和严重胃肠道反应发生率明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 耳穴贴压法能有效预防抗结核药物使用2周内所致胃肠道反应，值得大力推广。 |

| Abstract:Objective To investigate if there is any preventive effects with auricular-plaster therapy used in people who have been taken the anti-tuberculosis drugs in 2 weeks. Method 372 cases of hospitalized tuberculosis patients from 2012 January to 2012 December are divided into the observation group and the control group。The control group using the traditional treatment methods, namely when the anti-tuberculosis medicine are used with conventional protecting stomach treatment. Observation group were treated with routine protecting stomach treatment, start auricular-plaster therapy in one day before the anti-tuberculosis drugs. Probability of occurrence between two groups of gastrointestinal reaction, as well as the severity of gastrointestinal reaction. Results In the observation group, mild gastrointestinal reaction and severe gastrointestinal reaction rates were 11.17% and 4.79%; the control group mild gastrointestinal reaction and severe gastrointestinal reaction rate were 22.83% and 13.04% respectively. Conclusion Auricular plaster therapy can effectively prevent the use of antituberculosis drugs induced gastrointestinal reactions within 2 weeks, it is worth to popularize.. |
