| 目的: 观察益肺通络方对血瘀大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法: 采用皮下注射肾上腺素加冷水冰浴制备血瘀模型大鼠,观察益肺通络方对血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果: 与模型组比较,益肺通络方可以显著降低血瘀大鼠高、低切变率全血粘度,降低血浆粘度,可降低全血高切相对指数、全血低切相对指数和卡松粘度。结论：益肺通络方对血瘀大鼠血液流变学具有改善作用。 |

| Objective: To investigate effect of Yifei Tongluo Fang on haemorheology of blood stasis model rats. Methods: The blood stasis rats model were propared by subcutaneously injecting adrenaline and ice bath. The whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the model rats were determined. Results: Compared with the model group, the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the model rats had been significantly reduced(P<0.05, P<0.01), the relative index of whole blood high shear rate and low shear rate had been remarkably decreased(P<0.05) , Casson viscosity had been markedly reduced (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yifei Tongluo Fang had a significant effect on the haemorheology of blood stasis rats. |
