| 【摘要】目的 观察中西医结合治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效和安全性。方法 将86例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者在口服特拉唑嗪片、左氧氟沙星片的基础上联合中药保留灌肠，对照组患者口服特拉唑嗪片、左氧氟沙星片，共4周。采用慢性前列腺炎症状指数评分(NIH-CPSI)对症状及疗效进行评估和比较，并记录不良反应。结果 两组患者治疗后较治疗前NIH-CPSI评分有明显改善，观察组患者NIH-CPSI评分均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组总有效率为89.5%高于对照组的72.5%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 中西医结合疗法可以安全有效治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎，值得临床推广使用。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of integrative medicine in the treatment of category Ⅲ prostatitis．Methods Total 86 patients with category Ⅲ prostatitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients of observation group were received qianlieshuchang decoction retention enema,terazosin and levofloxacin, and the patients of control group were received terazosin and levofloxacin.The course lasted 4 weeks. The NIH-CPSI and adverse events were evaluated, at begin and end of the trial. Results The NIH-CPSI of two groups were improved(P＜0.05), and NIH-CPSI of observation group were better than that of control group(P＜0.05).The effective rate in observation group and control group were separately 89.5% and 72.5%, and observation group dramatically better than control group,in which,the statistically has obviously difference(P＜0.05). Conclusion It is effective and safe of integrative medicine in the treatment of category Ⅲ prostatitis,so it was worth more promoting in clinical application. |
