| 目的 研究毛细支气管炎患儿外周血中去整合素金属蛋白酶8(ADAM8)、CD23水平,探讨其临床意义。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定31例毛细支气管炎患儿血清ADAM8、CD23水平,与喘息性支气管炎组、肺炎组、健康儿童进行对比。结果 毛细支气管炎、喘息性支气管炎患儿血清ADAM8、CD23含量均显著高于健康对照组及肺炎组。毛细支气管炎患儿血清中ADAM8与CD23含量呈正相关,而且ADAM8浓度与病情严重程度呈正相关。结论 毛细支气管炎患儿ADAM8浓度与病情严重程度密切相关,具有重要的临床价值。ADAM8 、CD23在毛细支气管炎发展为哮喘的过程中的具有重要作用。 |

| 【】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of A Disintegrin And Metalloproteinase domain 8( ADAM8 ) and CD23 in infants with acute bronchiolitis through monitoring the levels of serum ADAM8 and CD23．Methods Serum samples were obtained from 31 acute bronchiolitis patients, 30 asthmatic bronchitis,31 pneumia patients,and 30 normal subjects． ELISA was used to determine the concentrations of ADAM8 and CD23 in serum．Results The serum ADAM8 and CD23 levels in the bronchiolitis and asthmatic bronchitis patients were much higher than those in the pneumia patients and normal subjects . The level of serum ADAM8 level correlated well with that of CD23. Moreover, In the acute bronchiolitis group,the f serum MCP-4 level correlated well with the severity of clinical symptoms．The ADAM8 level in severe group was markedly higher than that of mild group． Conclusion The increasing ADAM8 level is an objective target indicating the severity of the acute bronchiolitis. ADAM8 and CD23 make some important roles in the pathogenic process of bronchiolitis turning into asthma. |
