      目的:为研究铁皮石斛与玉竹及其配方之间抗疲劳作用的强弱。方法:将ICR小鼠25只随机分为阴性对照组、单味铁皮石斛组、单味玉竹组、铁皮石斛复方组、玉竹复方组,连续给药一周(7天)后称重,然后进行游泳实验,在进行游泳实验后,让小鼠休息2天,再进行灌胃药物30min后进行耐缺氧实验,记录数据,对比并分析各组的差异。结果:从各组数据分析,不论是体重、游泳时间和耐缺氧时间,都呈现同一趋势,复方铁皮石斛组>复方玉竹组>单味铁皮石斛组、单味玉竹组、对照组,且复方组明显高于其它三组。结论:无论是铁皮石斛还是玉竹,均有显著的抗疲劳作用,单味玉竹的抗疲劳作用略亚于单味铁皮石斛,配伍补气药白术后,两者的抗疲劳效果都有明显的提升,其中铁皮石斛复方的抗疲劳效果要明显优于玉竹复方。
英文摘要:
      In order to research the degree of strength of Anti-fatigue effects on Dendrobium candidum and Polygonatum and its prescription.Method:this task randomly divides 25 ICR mice into Negative control group, Single herb Dendrobium candidum group, Single herb Polygonatum group, Dendrobium candidum Compound group, Polygonatum Compound group, Continuous administration after a week then start the swimming test, after the swimming test,let the Mice rest for two days,then with intragastric administration for 30minites, begin the hypoxia experiment then recording data, compare and analyze the differences between groups. Result: From each set of data analysis, whether it is weight, swim time and hypoxia time, are showing the same trend, Dendrobium candidum Compound group Polygonatum Compound group Single herb Dendrobium candidum group Single herb Polygonatum group Negative control group .Conclusion: Either Polygonatum or Dendrobium candidum has significant Anti-fatigue effect, and that of Single herb Polygonatum is less than that of Single herb Dendrobium candidum. After combining with the drug of Atractylodes ,both of them have a distinct upgrade for their Anti-fatigue effects, thereinto, the Anti-fatigue effects of Dendrobium candidum Compound is evidently surpassed Polygonatum Compound .
