| 目的 探讨胆肠吻合术后急诊再手术的时机和方法选择。方法 回顾分析2001年至2013年我院普外科收治的23例胆肠吻合术后急诊再手术患者的临床资料。结果 23例患者中17例于急诊再手术后6周内治愈出院,术后发生并发症有切口感染裂开7例,腹腔感染5例,胆漏3例,肺部感染伴胸腔积液2例,DIC2例,肝功能衰竭1例,吻合口漏1例。因脏器功能衰竭死亡5例。结论 正确把握手术时机,必要的术前准备,合理选择手术方式和正确的术后处理,才能使胆肠吻合术后急诊再手术达到最好的治疗效果。 |

| Objective To investigate the timing and management of emergency reoperation after cholangioenterostomy. Methods The clinical data of 23 patients with emergency reoperation after cholangioenterostomy from 2001 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All cases underwent emergency reoperation. In this group，17 cases were cured and discharged in 6 weeks,and 5 cases were died of MOF.The postoperation complications included 7 cases of incision infection and disruption,5 cases of abdominal infection,3 cases of bile leakage,et al. Conclusion Appropriate choice of the time, sufficient preoperative preparation and management of emergency reoperation after cholangioenterostomy is vital to the prognosis of emergency reoperation after cholangioenterostomy. |
