| 目的：研究尿毒清颗粒在慢性肾功能衰竭高脂血症患者中联合他汀类药物的疗效。方法：选择慢性肾功能衰竭合并高脂血症的患者60例，随机分成2组。第一组单服氟伐他汀，第二组服用氟伐他汀联合尿毒清颗粒，3个月后比较两者的血脂水平。结果：尿毒清颗粒联合氟伐他汀汀组降血脂的幅度更大，并有统计学意义。结论：慢性肾功能衰竭患者普遍存在血脂异常，尿毒清颗粒联合他汀类药物是值得推广的降血脂方案。。 |

| Objective: To research the curative effect of Urine poisonous clear granules on patients of chronic renal failure with hyperlipidemia combined the statins. Methods: We selected 60 pantiens,randomly divided into 2 groups. The first group taking Fluvastatin Sodium Capsules only, The second group taking Fluvastatin Sodium Capsules joint Uric Poisonous Clear Particles,Then to compare the blood lipid level after 3 months . Results: In the aspect of reducing blood lipid, the group of taking Fluvastatin Sodium Capsules joint Uric Poisonous Clear Particles is more effective than the group of taking Fluvastatin Sodium Capsules only.And it is statistically significant .Conclusion: Patients with chronic renal failure are widespread dyslipidemia. The treatment options of Fluvastatin Sodium Capsules joint Uric Poisonous Clear Particles is worth promoting. |
