| 目的:对小儿清热栓的退热作用进行实验研究。方法:采用内毒素致家兔发热法观察其对正常家兔及发热家兔的退热作用。结果：从家兔退热实验可知：小儿清热栓对正常家兔体温其DT和TRI6与NS组相比无明显差异；ET组在注射ET后体温明显升高,而小儿清热栓 ET组平均体温变化明显低于ET组,且DT和TRI6与ET组相比差异非常显著。结论：小儿清热栓对正常家兔的体温无退热作用,对发热家兔具有一定的退热作用,其作用与阳性药物对乙酰氨基酚栓相当。 |

| Objective:Experimental study on the antipyretic effect in Xiaoer Qingre suppository.Method: The observation of the antipyretic effect of endotoxin in normal rabbits and rabbits with fever.Results: The rabbit fever experiment shows: Xiaoer Qingre suppository on normal rabbit body temperatureDTand TRI6 compared with group NS had no significant difference；In ET group elevated body temperature after injection; Xiaoer Qingre suppository ET group average temperature was lower than ET group, There are significant differences compared with ET group. Conclusion: Xiaoer Qingre suppository in normal rabbits without antipyretic effect, has antipyretic effect on fever in rabbits. Its effect was similar to positive drug Paracetamol suppository. |
