| 目的：探讨复方酚液化学剥脱治疗面部斑点状脂溢性角化病的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析笔者近六年来应用复方酚液化学剥脱治疗面部斑点状脂溢性角化病309例的临床效果。结果：随访1年,痊愈291例(94.17％),好转18例(5.83％),总有效率100％,主要并发症为色素沉着,平均消退时间为(2.6 1.6)月。结论：复方酚液化学剥脱术是治疗面部斑点状脂溢性角化病较为理想的一种方法,操作得当,就能够取得良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To value the clinic application of Compound phenol chemical peeling spotted seborrheic keratosis. Methods the clinic data of 309 cases that using Compound phenol chemical peeling spotted seborrheic keratosis in recent six years,were analyzed retrospectively. Results Follow up 1 years ：291 cases were cured(94.17％)：18 cases had marked efect(5.83％),the total efficiency of 100％.The main complication was pigmentation,the mean regression time was (2.6 1.6)months．Conclusion The therapy of Compound phenol chemical peeling spotted seborrheic keratosis, is a safe and effective method in seborrheic keratosis treatment with low recurrence．The technique is an ideal operative method and should be introduced to more doctors． |
