| 【】目的：探讨布地奈德雾化吸入联合电脑中频药物导入治疗儿童感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：按照感染后咳嗽诊断标准入选病例120例,随机分成三组。对照组给予酮替芬(1mg,浙江南洋药业有限公司,国药准字H33030917)和氨溴特罗口服液治疗(易坦静,北京韩美有限公司,100ml/瓶,国药准字H20040317),布地奈德(普米克令舒,1mg/2ml,阿斯特拉捷利康公司,进口药物注册证号H20090903)治疗组在对照组基础上加用布地奈德雾化吸入,联合治疗组在布地奈德治疗组基础上加用电脑中频药物导入治疗。分别在治疗后的第6天对三组进行疗效评估。结果：联合治疗组治疗6天后总有效率为95%,高于布地奈德治疗组87.5%和对照组的75%。结论：布地奈德雾化吸入联合电脑中频治疗能有效控制感染后儿童的咳嗽症状。 |

| 【】Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with Computer Mid-frequency Drug Import in the treatment of postinfectious cough.Methods One hundred and twenty cases were selected according to the diagnostic criteria of postinfectious cough,and they were randomly divided into three groups．Children in control group were treated with ketotifen and Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution,budesonide treatment group were given budesonide inhalation based on the treatment of the control group,childrenin combined treatment group were given Computer Mid-frequency Drug Importbased on the treatment of the Budesonide treatment group． The efficacyof the three groups was evaluated at the 6th day．Results The total efficacy rate of the combination therapy group was 95%,at the 6th day,it was higher than that of the Budesonide treatment group 87.5% and the control group 75%,P＜0. 05.Conclusion Budesonide and Computer Mid-frequency Drug Import combination therapy can be effective to control the clinical symptoms of postinfectious cough in children． |
