| 【】 目的：探讨改良开颅去骨瓣减压术的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院收治行改良开颅去骨瓣减压术的 112例重度颅脑损伤患者。 结果：112例重型颅脑损伤患者中,无或轻度残疾者61例(54.5％),中度残疾者31例(27.7％),重度残疾者11例(9.8％),植物状态3例(2.7%),死亡6例(5.3％)。结论：改良去骨瓣减压术治疗重度颅脑损伤疗效显著,能显著降低患者死亡率,改善患者预后,值得推广。 |

| Objective：Discusses the clinical effect of improvement craniotomy. Methods： Retrospective analysis the 112 patients who were given improvementcraniotomy with severe brain injury． Results：In the 112 patients of severe brain injury, no or mild disability 61cases(54.5%), moderate disability 31cases(27.2%),severe disability 11cases(9.8%), vegetative state 3 cases(2.7%),dead 6 cases(5.3%). Conclusion： The improvement craniotomy of severe brain injury is remarkable, which can effectively decrease the mortality rate, improve the prognosis of patients, and clinical application. |
