| 【目的】 探索婴儿湿疹与脐血细胞因子的关系,筛选早期监测指标,分析危险因素,为开展早期干预和预防疾病提供科学依据。【方法】 以2011年6月-2012年6月在义乌市妇幼保健院生产的父母常住本地或有固定联系方式的婴儿为研究对象。开展病例对照研究。开展问卷调查和随访,并采集其新生儿脐血样本,测定IgE、嗜酸性粒细胞、Il-13、Eotaxin、IL-9、IL-6、IL-4、IL-5、IFN-γ、IL-10指标,分析婴儿湿疹的危险因素,并筛选敏感细胞因子指标。【结果】 婴儿湿疹组11例,对照组125例。两组的人口社会学因素均衡(P>0.05)。婴儿期吸烟环境暴露,Eotaxin有显著性意义(P<0.05),OR值分别为5.495,1.041。【结论】 应开展新生儿脐血细胞因子的监测,Eotaxin是筛查婴儿湿疹较为敏感的指标。同时,要加强健康教育,为儿童营造健康生活环境,预防婴儿湿疹的发生。 |

| 【Objective】To explore the influence factors and sensitive cord blood cytokine of infant eczema, and to provide suggestions for early surveillance and intervention. 【Methods】 Pregnant women admission for delivery in Yiwu maternal and child health hospital from 1 June,2011 to 31 June, 2012 were included and followed. Case control study of infant eczema was conducted. A questionnaire on social economic characteristics was used and umbilical cord blood sample were collected to detect the level of IgE, eosinophile granulocyte, Eotaxin、IL-9、IL-6、IL-4、IL-5、IFN-γ、IL-10. Influence factors as well as cord blood cytokine level of infant eczema were analyzed. 【Results】 A total of 11 cases and 125 controls were included. There were no significant difference in social and demographic characteristics between the two groups (P>0.05). Passive smoking environment was the influence factors of infant eczema ( OR =5.495); Eotaxin were the sensitive index of infant allergic disease (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Surveillance on the cytokine should be carried out for early intervention of infant eczema, and Eotaxin may be the sensitive index for early surveillance. Health education about the knowledge of infant eczema for parents should be strengthened to help them set up healthy living environment. |
