| 目的：观察同笑(赖氨肌醇维生素B12口服溶液)在治疗小儿厌食症中的疗效,为厌食患儿提供更好的治疗方案。方法：将我院于2011年6月至2013年6月间收治的厌食症小儿患者110例按就诊顺序随机分为对照组和同笑治疗组各55例。两组患儿均进行常规治疗,其中治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服同笑,4周为一个疗程。观察两组患儿的临床疗效,并检查患儿治疗前后的血锌、血铁、血钙、血红蛋白等实验室指标。结果：对照组总有效率为78.2%,治疗组为92.7%,两组间临床疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗前后两组患儿的食量和体重变化值具有显著性差异(P<0.05)；治疗前后实验室指标差异也具有显著性(P<0.05),并且治疗组结果优于对照组。结论：同笑在治疗小儿厌食症患者方面具有显著的疗效,并且服用方便,副作用小,值得临床推广使用。 |

| Objective: To discuss the effect of compound lysine solution in the treatment of children with anorexia and provide the better therapeutic schedule for infantile anorexia. Methods: Make110 children anorexia cases in our hospital between 2011.6~2013.6 as the object. They were randomly divided into control group and compound lysine solution treatment group (n=55). Both groups of children with routine treatment, the treatment group increase the compound lysine solution on the basis of routine therapy and the treatment course was 4 weeks. Observe the clinical effect of both groups of children. And examine the laboratory indexes such as blood zinc, blood iron, blood calcium and hemoglobin before and after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate of control group was 78.2%, and the rate of treatment group was 92.7%. The difference between them was statistically significant (P<0.05); The rangeability of appetite and weight of children before and after treatment was significant (P<0.05); The difference of laboratory indexes was also significant (P<0.05) and the effect of treatment was better than the control group. Conclusion: Compound lysine solution has significant effect in the treatment of children anorexia. It was taken expediently and has less side effect. It will be worthy of application in clinical. |
