| 目的：探讨天智颗粒联合尼麦角林治疗血管性认知功能障碍患者的临床疗效。 方法：将93例血管性认知功能障碍患者随机分成三组,分别为天智颗粒组、尼麦角林组和联合治疗组,治疗24周后,对比治疗前后以及各组间的MMSE及ADL评分,评价三种给药途径的疗效。 结果：三组患者治疗后的MMSE及ADL评分均有所改善,与治疗前评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),其中联合治疗组的疗效优于两种药物的单纯治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论：天智颗粒与尼麦角林均能改善血管性认知功能障碍患者的认知功能及生活能力,两者联合用药,临床效果更加显著。 |

| Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Tianzhi granules combined with nicergoline in treatment of patients with vascular cognitive impairment. Method: 93 patients with vascular cognitive impairment were randomly divided into 3 groups,which were respectively treated with Tianzhi granules,nicergoline and both of them. In order to assess the efficacy,we compared MMSE and ADL scale between 3 groups,also between before and after 24 weeks treatment in each group. Results: MMSE and ADL scale have been higher after treatment (P <0.05). Both scales of the combined medicine group are higher than two pure medicine groups,and the diffence between them is statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusions: Both of Tianzhi granules and nicergoline can improve cognitive function and behavioral ability of patients with vascular cognitive impairment,and combined use of them has better efficacy,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
