| 目的 观察推拿治疗和药物导入治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法 选取2012年5月-2013年10月在我院就诊的腹泻患儿175例,随机分为3组,对照组给予常规对症治疗,推拿治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用辨证分型推拿治疗,药物导入治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用辨证分型透皮药物导入治疗。结果 推拿治疗组和药物导入治疗组的总有效率分别为95.00%和94.73%,与对照组(74.14%)相比具有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论 辨证分型推拿治疗和计算机中频药物导入辅助治疗小儿腹泻可显著提高有效率。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of manipulation and computerized medium frequency drug delivery in treating infantile diarrhea. Method 175 cases of infantile diarrhea who were treated in The First People’s Hospital of Chun’an between May 2012 and Oct 2013 were selected, and randomized into 3 groups. The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment, manipulation group was given symptomatic treatment plus dialectical typing manipulation therapy, and the transdermal drug delivery group was given symptomatic treatment plus dialectical typing transdermal drug delivery therapy. Results The overall cure rates were 95.00% and 94.73% in manipulation group and transdermal drug delivery group, and were significantly higher than control group(74.14%), respectively. Conclusion Dialectical typing manipulation and computerized medium frequency drug delivery as adjunctive therapies could significantly increase the cure rate of infantile diarrhea. |
