| 目的 探讨附桂骨痛颗粒治疗膝关节增生性关节炎的疗效。方法 选择2010年10月～2013年10月我院骨科门诊确诊为膝关节增生性关节炎84例,按就诊时间随机分为观察组和对照组42例。对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊一次1粒,一日2次,疗程3个月；观察组采用附桂骨痛颗粒一次5g,一日３次,疗程3个月。3个月后评价疗效,比较两组临床症状积分。 结果 观察组临床控制21例,显效8例,有效6例,无效7例,有效率为83.3%；对照组临床控制10例,显效12例,有效8例,无效12例,有效率为71.4%,差异有显著性(c2=6.72 ,P<0.01)；治疗前观察组临床症状积分(22.84±3.58),对照组临床症状积分(22.63±3.34)差异无显著(t=0.28,P>0.05)；治疗后,观察组临床症状积分(7.10±2.76),对照组症状积分(9.94±2.19),差异有显著(t=5.27,P<0.01)。结论 附桂骨痛颗粒治疗膝关节增生性关节炎的疗效确切,值得推广应用。 |

| Objective To observe the efficacy of Fuguigutong granule in treatment of gonarthrosis. Methods 84 patients with gonarthrosis in department of orthopaedics of our hospital from october 2010 to october 2013., according to their consulting order, were randomly divided into control group (n=42) and the observation group (n=42). Patients in control group were taken Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules 1 pills each time, 2 times a day, on 3 successive months. Patients in observation group were taken Fuguigutong granule, 5g each time, 3 times a day, on 3 successive months. and therapeutic effects and the clinical symptoms score were compared after3months. Results In the observation group, 21 cases were clinically controlled, 8 cases were remarkably effective, 6 effective, 7 ineffective and the effective rate was 83.3%; while in the control group, 10cases were clinically controlled ,12cases were remarkably effective, 8effective and 12 ineffective, the effective rate was 71.4%, There was significant difference in therapeutic effect between the observation group and the control group(c2=6.72 ,P<0.01). Before treatment, the clinical symptoms score was(22.84±3.58)In the observation group and (22.63±3.34)in the control group, there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group(t=0.28,P>0.05). while after treatment , the clinical symptoms score was(7.10±2.76)in the observation group and (9.94±2.19)in the control group, there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group(t=5.27,P<0.01). Conclusion It has a definite therapeutic effect of Fuguigutong granule in treatment of gonarthrosis., and it deserves popularization and application |
