      目的 观察防喘膏对哮喘大鼠的疗效及对白细胞介素(IL)-12、13水平的影响。方法 将麻黄、大黄、白芥子、地龙、细辛、甘遂六味药按比例研成末,以生姜汁调和成膏状,给予背部脱毛后的哮喘大鼠穴位敷贴;再以卵清白蛋白激发哮喘,观察哮喘大鼠的潜伏期;末次雾化吸入卵清白蛋白后,采血测定白介素-12、13的水平。结果 与哮喘模型组比较,防喘膏敷贴能延长哮喘大鼠的潜伏期;与正常对照组比较,哮喘模型组大鼠血清IL-12水平降低,IL-13水平升高;与哮喘模型组比较,防喘膏敷贴组及辅舒酮气雾剂组IL-12水平均升高,IL-13水平均降低;防喘膏敷贴组及辅舒酮气雾剂组IL-12、13水平差异无统计学意义。结论 防喘膏穴位敷贴能延长哮喘大鼠的哮喘潜伏期,降低哮喘大鼠血清IL-13水平,提高哮喘大鼠血清IL-12水平。

      Abstract Objective: Observe Fangchuangao effect on Bronchial Asthma rats and the content of IL-12 and IL-13 in rats.Methods:Grinding Ephedra,Chinese rhubarb,White Mustard Seed,Earthworm,asarum and folium pyrrosiae into fine powder,then mixing with ginger juice.Then applying it at points on the back of rats which have been moulted;then using Albumin Chicken Egg to stimulate asthma,then we can obserbe the incubation period change of asthma rats.After the last inhalation of Albumin Chicken Egg,determining the content of IL-12 and IL13 in rats.Results:Compared with the model group,Fangchuangao application can prolong the incubation period of bronchial Asthma rats.Compared with the normal group,the content of IL-12 in blood serum of model group was decreased and the content of IL-13 was increased;Compared with the model group,the content of IL-12 in blood serum of Fangchuangao group and Becotide group were increased and the content of IL-13 was decreased;The content of IL-12 and IL-13 in the Fangchuangao group and Becotide group were not markedly different.Conclusion:Fangchuangao application can prolong the incubation period of bronchial Asthma rats,increase the content of IL-12 in blood serum of bronchial Asthma rats and decrease the content of IL-13 in blood serum of bronchial Asthma rats.
