| 目的 观察中西医结合治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的疗效。方法 将58例糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者根据治疗方法的不同分为中西医治疗组30例与对照组28例,两组均给予口泰漱口液漱口,病损局部基底封闭注射醋酸强的松龙混悬液。中西医治疗组在此基础上给予五味消毒饮加减方剂治疗。疗程1个月,观察临床疗效。结果 中西医治疗组临床疗效总有效率要优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)。治疗后两组间疼痛评分(VAS) 差异有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)。结论 相比西医治疗,中西医结合治疗方法对糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓有更好的疗效。 |

| Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of erosive oral lichen planus of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine. Methods 58 cases of erosive oral lichen planus according to the different treatment methods are divided into Chinese and Western medicine treatment group of 30 cases and 28 cases in the control group, two groups were treated with Koutai gargle with local lesion, base enclosed injection of prednisolone acetate suspension. Treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was treated on the basis of five kinds of disinfection Decoction prescription treatment. The course of treatment was 1 months, clinical observation.Results Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine clinical efficacy of the treatment group the total efficiency was superior to the control group, there was significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05).After treatment between the two groups (VAS) pain score difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusions Compared with western medicine treatment, curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment method is better for erosive oral lichen planus. |
