| 目的：综合分析109 名接受食管24小时动态pH监测患者的临床症状及DeMeester记分和GERDQ的相关性。方法：分析患者的各种临床症状所占比例,统计分析患者GERDQ量表评分及动态pH 记录仪记录的DeMeester记分。结果：胃食管反流病患者可在多个科室首诊,以GERDQ 8分为分界点,对食管24小时pH测定DeMeeste评分阳性和阴性的区分作用有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论： 胃食管反流病症状存在多样性,GERDQ评分用于食管24小时pH测定前筛查评估可提高监测阳性率。 |

| Objective: To comprehensive analyse the clinical characteristics of 109 patients with GERD and to evaluate the correlation of DeMeester scoring of 24h pH measurement in esophagus and questionnaire (GERDQ) in diagnosis of GERD. Methods: To analyze proportions of clinical symptoms of patients need to be measured pH in esophagus, to statistical analysis the patient GERDQ Scale score and ambulatory pH recorder records DeMeester score. Results: Patients diagnosed GERD may Seek medical advice in multiple department, 8 is the point of GERDQ score that divide the 24 hours esophageal pH measurement DeMeeste rating distinction between positive and negative(P <0.01). Conclusions: Gastroesophageal reflux disease performance a variety of symptoms. GERDQ ratings befor test of 24h pH measurement in esophagus can improve the positive rate. |
