| 【】 目的 探讨经常规治疗无效特发性突聋的治疗方法。方法 选择病史在15天以上1月以内,常规治疗无效的特发性突聋患者34例,采用鼓室内注射地塞米松注射液,观察治疗前后听力变化,并且与常规治疗无效又不愿接受鼓室注射而继续常规治疗的患者24例进行对比。结果 2年内共纳入了34患者(中途退出2例,完成最终随访和观察的58例)。发现34例接受鼓室注射的患者,其听力改善有效率达到50%,气导纯音听阈均值为(48.13 ± 20.52)dB；24例不愿接受注射患者,有效率10%,气导纯音听阈均值为(63.40±18.21)dBHL 。结论 鼓室内应用激素能改善常规治疗无效特发性突聋患者的听力。 |

| 【】 Objictive To explore the method of the treatment on patient with idiopathic sudden deafness after conventional treatment. Methods 34 patients who didn"t have any effect after conventional treatment received an seven-day injection of dexamethasone course .Pure-tone average (PTA) of pre-injection and post-injection at 4-frequence(0.5, 1, 2, 4KHZ) were compared. More than 10dBHL of improvement of PTA was considered to be clinically significant. Result PTA of pre-injection and post-injection were (67.31±18.66)dBHL and (48.13±20.52) dBHL respectively in 34 patients with intratympanic dexamethasone. There was significant improvement in PTA(P＜0.05), 50% of patients showed improvement in hearing. Conclusions Intratympanic dexamethasone can improve patients" hearing who have idiopathic sudden deafness without any improvement after conventional treatment. |
