| 目的：观察小青龙汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效。方法：将50例COPD急性加重期患者随机分为对照组25例、小青龙汤组25例,对照组采用常规治疗,小青龙汤组在对照组治疗基础上加用小青龙汤,检测两组患者急性加重期及缓解期血清中细胞因子水平、C反应蛋白水平及肺功能检查。结果：两组治疗前C反应蛋白水平、细胞因子、肺功能检查相互对比,差异无统计学意义,治疗后小青龙汤组血清IFN –γ水平和IFN –γ／IL-4值高于与对照组, C反应蛋白水平水平低于对照组,肺功能FEV1 占预计值百分比高于与对照组,差别有统计学意义。两组疗效对比,小青龙汤组优于对照组。结论：小青龙汤通过升高IFN–γ,调节机体的免疫应答、提高机体免疫,取得较好的治疗效果。 |

| Objective：Observe the effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction in curing acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive lung disease. Method：Divide 50 patients with COPD into two groups,one is treatment group,the other is control group,25 patients both. Conventional therapy to the control group,and additional xiaoqinglong decoction is used in the treatment group. Then,We test the Cytokine levels,C-reactive protein and Lung function of the 50 patients in acute exacerbation stage and remittent stage.Result：There is no statistically significant difference in Cytokine levels,C-reactive protein and Lung function of the two groups before the treatment。After the treatment,the level of IFN-y and IFN-Y/IL-4 in the experimental group are higher than the control group, and FEV1/pre% in lung function are higher, on the contrary,the level of C-RP is lower. So,the curative effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction is superior to the control group. Conclusion：Through the way of rising the level of IFN-y and Adjusting the immune response, Xiaoqinglong decoction in curing acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive lung disease is superior to the methylprednisolone group. |
