| 目的:探讨高龄髋部骨折患者出现肺部并发症的特点及预防措施。方法：回顾性研究我院符合标准的237例高龄髋部骨折患者的病例资料,分析呼吸系统基础疾病、不同年龄组、手术干预、治疗方法等相关因素与出现肺部并发症的关系。结果：237例患者在治疗过程中79例出现肺部并发症(约占33.33%)；不同年龄组出现肺部并发症之间的比较有统计学意义(P =0.018)；手术干预前后患者肺部并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P =0.174)；保守治疗组与手术治疗组出现肺部并发症的比较有统计学意义(P =0.010)。结论：高龄髋部骨折患者在治疗过程中容易并发肺部并发症,认为高龄、呼吸系统基础疾病及保守治疗是引发肺部并发症的高危因素。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the characteristics and preventive measures of pulmonary complications in hip fracture of elderly patient. Methods: Through Analysis on the 237 cases of hip fracture in elderly patient be up to the standard,to elucidate the relationship between Complications and underlying diseases of respiratory system, age, surgical intervention, treatment.Results:79 of 237 cases appeared pulmonary complications, the comparison of different age groups and different treatment methods had statistical significance. There was no statistical significance before and after operation.Conclusions: The risk of Pulmonary Complications of hip fractures in aged patients is high. The elderly patients,underlying diseases of respiratory system and conservative treatment were the high risk factors of Pulmonary Complications. |
