| 【】目的 提高对贫血伴系统性红斑狼疮( SLE)的认识。方法 报道1例因重度贫血伴晕厥发作的重症SLE, 并且复习有关文献。结果 确诊多系统功能障碍的重症SLE1例, 该患者狼疮性肺炎伴出血、呼吸衰竭、狼疮脑病、重度贫血、贫血性心脏病、急性左心衰、心源性休克、阵发性室性心动过速,予积极治疗无好转而自动出院后死亡。结论 贫血或三系减少的患者要考虑SLE可能,争取早期诊断和治疗。 |

| Objective: To improve the understanding of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus(SLE) combined with anemia.
Methods: Reporting one case over Severe SLE compbined with Severe anemia and episode of syncope , and reviewing associated literature.
Results: One patient was diagnosed as Severe SLE combined with multiple system dysfunction, whose symptoms included Lupus pneumonia combined with hemorrhage, respiratory failure, lupus encephalopathy, severe anemia, anemic cardiopathy, acute left ventricular failure, cardiogenic shock, paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia. The patient did not improve after aggressive treatment and died in the wake of voluntary discharge.
Conclusions: In order to achieve early diagnosis and treatment, SLE should be taken into consideration when patients develop with anemia or Three series decreased. |
