      目的:观察注射用银杏叶提取物静脉注射对动物神经系统的影响。方法:以注射用银杏叶 提取物高剂量(18mg/kg)、中剂量(9mg/kg)、低剂量(4.5mg/kg)静脉注射给药,经小鼠自主活动试验、 小鼠转棒试验及与戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠协同作用试验,观察银杏叶提取物对小鼠神经系统的 影响。结果:银杏叶提取物高、中、低三个剂量组与溶剂对照组比较,小鼠自主活动数、落棒率及翻 正反射发生率均无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论:注射用银杏叶提取物在剂量范围内对神经系统无明显 影响。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To observe the effect of the injection of ginkgo biloba extract on the nervous system of mice. Methods:Forty mice were randomly divided into 4 groups and were intravenously given injection of ginkgo biloba extract at the dose of 18,9,and 4.5 mg/kg and 0.9% sodium chloride injection(served as solvent control),respective- ly. The spontaneous activity test,turn rod test and hypnotic synergy test under sodium pentobarbital threshold dose were carried out to observe the effect of ginkgo biloba extract on the nervous system. Results:No significant differ- ence was noted in the number of spontaneous activity,rod drop rate,and the righting reflex of mice between the ginkgo biloba extract groups and the solvent control group(P>0.05). Conclusion:The injection of ginkgo biloba ex tract in the dose range had no obvious influence on the nervous system of mice.
