| 【】：目的：观察保儿宁治疗儿童变应性鼻炎合并哮喘的效果。方法：选取诊断为变应性鼻炎合并哮喘的患儿67例,随机分为观察组34例和对照组33例,两组均予糖皮质激素、β2 –受体激动剂、H1-受体拮抗剂等常规治疗,观察组在此基础上予保儿宁颗粒口服, 1包/次,1日2次,疗程3月,观察两组细胞免疫功能、鼻炎和哮喘症状的变化,并进行比较。结果：观察组较对照组细胞免疫功能提高,鼻炎和哮喘症状改善,差别有高度显著性(p<0.01)。结论：保儿宁治疗儿童变应性鼻炎合并哮喘,效果显著。 |

| Objective: To observe the effect of Bao’erning on treatment of Children’s allergic rhinitis combined with asthma. Method: To select 67 cases of children with allergic rhinitis combined with asthma randomly assigned to one observer group of 34 cases and one control group of 33 cases, both groups are given Glucocorticoids, β2 – agonists, H1-receptor antagonists and other conventional treatment. On this basis, the observer group takes Bao’erning orally, 1 packet / time, 1 to 2 times a day for three months. Observe and compare the change on symptoms of Cellular immune function, Rhinitis and asthma. Results:Cellular immune function in observer group improved than in control group. The symptom of Rhinitis and asthma mitigates. The difference was highly significant(p<0.01). Conclusion: Bao’erning has a remarkable effect on treatment of Children’s allergic rhinitis combined with asthma. |
