目的:观察清肺除刺方对金黄地鼠皮脂腺斑组织形态的影响, 探讨其对皮脂腺分泌的干
预作用。方法:选用金黄地鼠背部的皮脂腺斑作为动物模型。 24 只金黄地鼠随机分成清肺除刺方
组、 维胺酯组和对照组, 每组 8只。 分别给予清肺除刺方溶液 (1.3mL/d)、 维胺脂混悬液 (1.3mL/d, 浓
度1mg/mL)和生理盐水(1.3mL/d) 灌胃, 连续 28 天。用游标卡尺测量背部右侧皮脂腺斑的最大横径
(DT)和最大纵径 (DL), 光镜观察皮脂腺斑的显微结构。 结果: 与对照组比较,清肺除刺方组地鼠背
部皮脂腺斑面积明显缩小 (P<0.05), 背部皮脂腺斑厚度明显变薄 (P<0.05) ; 与维胺酯组比较, 差异
无统计学意义 (P>0.05) ; 光镜下,清肺除刺方组和维胺酯组地鼠皮脂腺厚度较薄, 多为 1~2 层, 皮脂
腺排列松散, 腺叶较小, 液化小囊形成数目较多; 对照组地鼠皮脂腺呈分叶状分布,排列较紧较厚
(重叠腺叶数≥4个), 部分腺叶大而饱满。 结论: 清肺除刺方对金黄地鼠皮脂腺分泌具有抑制作用,
能够改善皮脂腺增厚、 腺体排列紧密的组织形态。 |

Objective: To observe the effect of Qingfeichuci prescription on sebaceous gland spot of golden hamsters.
Methods: Golden gophers' sebaceous glands was used as animal model. The golden hamsters were randomly divided
into 3 groups: Qingfeichuci prescription group (1.3ml/d), viaminate group(1.3ml/d, at a concentration of 1mg/ml), and
control group(saline1.3ml/d) . All treatments were given for 28 days. Sebaceous glands of all rats were measured
with vernier caliper at the right spot including the biggest diameter and the maximum longitudinal diameter. The
microscopic structure of sebaceous glands were observed under light microscope. Results: Compared with the control
group, the area and thickness of spots in the Qingfeichuci prescription group was significantly smaller and thinner
(P<0.05), which was not different from those of the viaminate group (P>0.05) . Histological observation revealed that
one or two layers of sebaceous gland in the drug and viaminate groups, with arrangement loosened, smaller lobes,
and more colliquative cavities, while lobulated sebaceous gland in the control group with more than4 overlapping
lobes. Conclusion: Qingfeichuci prescription had inhibitory effects on golden hamster's sebaceous gland secretion,
which can improve the abnormal morphology of sebaceous glands. |
