| 目的 观察肾康注射液联合前列地尔注射液治疗慢性肾脏病4期（CKD4期）的疗效。方法 将 66例CKD4期患者随机分为 2 组: 对照组 33 例，采用常规治疗；治疗组 33 例，在常规治疗的基础上给予前列地尔注射液、肾康注射液治疗。测定治疗前后对照组和治疗组患者的血肌酐( Scr)、尿素氮( BUN)，内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)。结果 治疗组Scr、BUN均优于对照组，同时通过临床疗效评价，治疗组临床治疗总有效率明显优于对照组。结论:肾康注射液联合前列地尔注射液治疗CKD4期患者，临床症状改善明显，效果显著，值得临床应用。 |

| Abstract: Objective: To observe the efficacy of Alprostadil and Shenkang in the treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease Four Periodicals. Methods:66 cases of Chronic kidney disease four periodicals patients were randomly divided into two-group: The control group( 33patients) were treated with routine therapy; The treatment group( 33 patients) ，Alprostadil and Shenkang injection was adopted in the treatment group，contrast the concentration of the serum creatinine( Scr) , blood urea nitrogen( BUN) ， before and after the treatment． Results: The Scr、BUN、Ccr of the treatment group were better than the control group,then the clinical curative effect evaluation,clinical treatment of total efficiency of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: The clinical symptoms improved significantly of curing Chronic kidney disease four periodicals by shenkang injection and Alprostadil，the result was obviously．Which was to be used． |
