| 【】 目的：探讨虹膜固定型人工晶状体治疗无囊膜支撑的无晶体眼的临床效果。方法：无囊膜支撑的无晶体眼48例植入虹膜固定型人工晶状体,随访24个月,观察视力、眼压、角膜内皮细胞计数、并发症及人工晶状体的位置。结果：术后24个月时所有患者术后裸眼视力均好于术前裸眼视力(P﹤0.001),术后最佳矫正视力0.5(0.2～0.8)好于术前0.3(0.1～0.5)；术后24个月时角膜内皮细胞丢失率5.2％,术眼眼压稳定无严重并发症。结论:虹膜固定型人工晶状体是治疗无囊膜支撑的无晶体眼的一种安全、有效的手术方式,但术后远期效果还有待于进一步的长期临床观察。 |

| AIM ： To evaluate the efficacy, stability, safety, and complications of secondary anterior iris fixation of the Artisan iris-fixated intraocular lens (IOL) to correct aphakia in eyes without sufficient capsule support.
METHODS： Forty-eight eyes having implantation of aphakic iris-fixated IOLs for aphakia correction were followed for 24 months. The visual acuity， Intraocular pressure(IOP)， corneal endothelial cell count(CECS) and Intraocular lens(IOL) position were also observed .
RESULTS：After 24 months, the uncorrected distance visual acuity improved in all eyes (P<0.001); Postoperative UCVA was better than BCVA before surgery． The mean endothelial cell loss 24 months postoperatively was 5.2%. There was no significant postoperative intraocular pressure increase throughout the follow-up. No other serious complications occurred.
C0NCLUSI0N：24 months results indicate that secondary implantation of aphakic IOLs is effective, predictable, and safe for the correction of aphakia in eyes without capsule support. However, longer follow-up with a larger cohort is
necessary to confirm these conclusions.． |
